He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Charles "CJ" Polacek (Heather) and Stephanie Harmon (Matthew); his grandchildren, Matthew (Olivia), Rylee (Cody), Vinny and Emily; his great grandchildren, Ava and Liam; and his siblings, Wayne, Glenn, Lauri, Karen, Paula, Nancy and Annmarie.
