She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Hopkins; and her sons, Thomas W. and Lawrence M. Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Mike F. Hopkins of Spring Hill, Patti A. Van Riper of Spring Hill, Carol Couture (Leo) of Summerfield and Teresa Cremeans of New Port Richey; her grandchildren, Jeffery, Jessie, Sarah, Jackie, Mason and Mark; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Isabelle, Mary Evelyn, Marcus and Henry Allyn.
