She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Woodring; her parents, Elsie Diehl and Leonard Diehl; and her grandson George William Germann. She is survived by: her child Marsha Haire of Boonville, IN; her grandchildren, Theresa Haire, Suzanne Haire (Scott Dirlam), Amy McKnight (Chris McKnight) and Jeff Germann (Jessica Virginia); her great grandchildren, Jessica Haire, Jon Haire, Aaron Haire and Stephanie Haire (Josh Shinn); her great great grandchildren, Brendyn Haire, Kailyn Haire, Ariel Haire, Brahm Haire, Karson Burkes and Javen Shinn; and her daughter Leanne Prayers.
