She was predeceased by: her husband Ellsworth John McAfee II; her son Ellsworth John McAfee III; and her siblings, William Richard Williams, Lincoln Burl Williams, Gerald B Williams, James Everett Williams, Betty Catherine Lyons, Amanda Ellen Gump, Sudie Mae Smith, Roxi Phyllis Tennant, Doris Jane Wheeler and Mary Elizabeth Henderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra; her children-in-law, Jesse Thomas of Spring Hill, Florida and Sherry McAfee of Massillion; and her brother Fred Wayne Williams of Fairview. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
