He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, David Garcia, Jennifer Malpica (Talisa Arnold), Tina Garcia-Cordner, Marlena McLaughlin (Charlie), Leila Person (Jeffrey) and Robert Garcia, Jr.; his siblings, Richard (Mary Ellen), Eddie (Carmen), Henry (Maritza), Michael and Mildred Irrizary (Charles); and his stepbrother Michael (Geannie). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
