He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard and Georgia Howard; and his sister Linda Robin Chapman. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Place (James) of Lancaster; and his brother-in-law Bruce Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
