He was predeceased by: his parents, John Radziejewski and Mary Radziejewski (Paschke); his former wife Ann; his siblings, Johnny and Gladys; his son David; and his stepchildren, Darryl and Lenore.

He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Robert, Daniel (Jan), Carol Maciejewski, Tina Gerlach (Joe) and Corinne; his stepchildren, Sheryl Lowe (Kevin) and Scott Locklear (Mary); and his grandchildren, Jason, Amy, Ryan, Brandy, Danielle, Natalie, Cassie, Adam, Bethann, Neal, Annemarie, Marshall and Michael.
