He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Urka and Orpha Urka. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Urka; his children, Mike, Steven, Tom, Jim, Patricia and Kathy; and his sister Dolly. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
