He was predeceased by: his parent Spring Hill. He is survived by: his mother Irene Plourde of Lecanto, Florida; his children, Steven Plourde of Tampa, Florida and Leah Loncosky of Beverly Hills, Florida; his significant other Jackie Duncan; his siblings, Donald (Denise Plourde), David (Eunhyang) and Diane Plourde of Lecanto, Florida; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Taylor, Jaxon, Emma and Abigail.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Children's Hospital or Ronald McDonald House Charities.
