He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulogio Nieves and Rosaura Nieves. He is survived by: his wife Rosalia; his children, Edward, George, Sebastian Jr., Rosura, Wilda and Ivette; and his brother Gabriel. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
