She is survived by: her parent Cecelia Ott of Hatboro, PA; her husband James O'Toole of The Villages, FL; her stepchildren, Vicki Munro, James T. O'Toole and Joan O'Toole; her children, Michelle Munro-Kramer, Braelan O'Toole, Jeff Munro, Michael Munro and Sam Randazzo; and also, Mason, Molly and Nora.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested donations to the Alzheimer's Family Organization: 461 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34609.
