Terry was predeceased by: parents, Dorothy Kissell (Yahnert) and Albert Irvin Holt; daughter MaryGen; brother Lanny Kissell; parent-in-law Paul; and sister-in-law Linda Teeter (Rutledge).
Terry is survived by: wife Kathy Kissell (Rutledge) of Spring Hill, Florida; siblings, Joyce (Ronald Ditko) of Park Hill and Gary Holt of Jackson Township; and siblings-in-law, Connie Baker (Tom) of Vinco and Ronald Rutledge (Genia). Terry is also survived by nieces and nephews.
