It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Hirchak of Spring Hill, Florida, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hirchak and Sabina Hirchak; and his sister Karen O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Francine Hirchak; his sons, Matthew (Tricia Hirchak) and Christopher Hirchak of Spring Hill, Florida; his brother James; his sister-in-law Barbara Hirchak of Naperville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Thomas Hirchak, Alexis Hirchak, Jacob Lewis, Ariana Lewis and Joshua Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Lewis, Logan Lewis and Adalynn Lewis.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
