He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Michael Simmons of Clifton Park; his children-in-law, Susan Simmons of Clifton Park, Kathleen, Eugene Ballmes of Fultonville, Stephanie and Robert Burke of Spring Hill; his brother Kenneth Simmons of Nassau; and his sister-in-law Lona Simmons of Nassau. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
