He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Bloomer Sr. and Wanda June Gibbson Bloomer. He is survived by: his wife Dorene of Nobleton; his children, Cristine Snow of Maine and William Gray (Barbara) of Maine; and his brother Zane Bloomer of Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
