She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Pasco Rafuse and Myra Davis Rafuse; her husband James "Alex" Harper; the father of her children Andrew "Joe" Harley; and her sister Loca Norman Page.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Vanzant (Michael) of Lawtey, FL and Lisa Harley Troyer (Clayton) of Lawtey, FL; her sister Gail Richards (Marlin) of Cullman, AL; her grandchildren, Ronald "Ronnie" Vanzant (Samantha), Harley Troyer, Carrie Mann, Clayton Troyer (Jamie) and Collin Sobaszek (Harlee); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Kellan Vanzant, Jack Bartlett, Skyler Mann (Heather), Clayton, Lucian and Aurora Troyer; her grandchildren, Preston, Kaitlyn Campbell of Natalie, C. J. and Victoria Sobaszek; and her great great grandchildren, Bellamy and Oakley Mann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ferreira Funeral Services & Archie Tanner Memorial Chapel (14397 US-301, Starke, FL 32091). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
