She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Burroughs and Grace Burroughs; her husband Walter Howell; her children, Cyndy Carter, Vance Howell (Debbie), Shannon Howell (Vikki) and Wade Howell (Jolene); her son-in-law Cla Parker; her grandchildren, Jackie Carter (Rhonda), Jennifer Yoshioka, Chip Parker (Leigh Anne), Jade Wiles (Justin), Jarvis Howell (Rebecca), Austin Howell, Makaila Howell, Savana Howell and Addison Howell; her great grandchildren, Genesis, Lilyana, Ashlynn, Kynthia, Hiroshi Yoshioka, Caden Carter, Maddox, Lennox Wiles, Haddon, Chasen Parker, Emma, Levi and Liam Howell; and her brother Wayne Burroughs. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and treasured family and friends.
