He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his child Steven Chase (Patsy) of Colorado; his grandson Christopher Chase of Tennessee; his sister Shirley Hubbard (Jerry) of Melbourne; his stepson Doug Coleman (Corena); his grandchildren, Nikki Coleman of Tennessee and Kyle Coleman of Tennessee; his stepdaughter Michelle Diefendorf (Jeff); his granddaughter Kayla Diefendorf of Ft; his great grandchild Simina Ervin of Tennessee; and also, Yoshi, Tracy Chase Barnes (Doug) and Jennifer Chase (Dwayne).
