He is survived by: his wife Muriel McLaughlin Forlenza; his sons, Randolph (Mary Forlenza) of Austin, Daniel D. Forlenza Jr, Stuart and Wayne Forlenza of Orlando; his granddaughter Melissa Meder; and his great grandchild Ashley Meder.
