Witsell and Elizabeth Moehring Witsell; his wife Daphne Towne Witsell; his children, Deborah Witsell Vivian of South Hamilton, MA, Frederick C. Witsell and Pawling; his grandchildren, Haley Dolan Witsell, Katharine Towne Witsell, Donald Witsell Vivian and John Chaplin Vivian; and his sister Elizabeth Witsell Eaton.
