He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Russell Mills and Gertrude Peebles Mills; his wife Jeanne Brock Mills; his sisters, Betty Tucker (Herb) and Sydney Griffin; his daughters, Heidi McNabb (Scott) and Melissa Powers (Brian); and his grandchildren, Justin McNabb, Asheton McNabb, Maggie Powers, Lindsay Powers Wisehaupt (Ben), Patrick Powers and Sammy.
