He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Watts and Gladys Watts (Bahney). He is survived by: his spouse Marge Watts (Schwartz); his daughters, Beth Gill (Scott) and Kathy Watts; his grandchildren, Jenni Fisher (Nick), Janie Beth Pogue and Griffin Pogue; and his brother Big.
