She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cook and Hazel Cook; and her brother Richard D Cook. She is survived by: her boyfriend Richard Hunter; her children, Deborah Sue Organ, Michael Organ, Kimberly Martin and Hally Clapper; her grandchildren, Jo Ann Martin, Tommie Ann Brislan, Donna Backes, Jason Brislan and Donald Brislan; and her brother Raymond Cook.
