He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman K. Stephens and Phyllis Jacoby; and his sister Rebecca Ann. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Silfies); his daughter Nancie Fetter (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole, Kimberly, Matthew, John and Michael; his sisters, Donnalee of Durham, NC and Nelda Oswald of Ft. Myers, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Silfies of Macungie, PA and Donald Silfies (Susan) of Lehighton, PA.. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
No services are planned, however contributions to a charity of ones choosing are welcomed.
