He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Randolph and Evelyn Randolph; his daughter Kimberly Tappen; and his sisters, Mickey Walker and Anne Hedrick.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Randolph; his sisters, Gail Rawlins of Stuart, FL, Kathy Franks of Gainesville and Bobbie Naylor of Palm City; and his children, Robert "Bobby" Randolph (Janis) of Jupiter, FL., Georgeanna "Lee" Bochenek (Jeff) and Cheryl Phillips (John).
