He was predeceased by : his parents, John Sr. Dudzik and Elizabeth Dudzik; his former life partner Mary Dudzik (Burrows); and his son Stephen Dudzik. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Dudzik; his sons, Michael Dudzik (Bridget) and John "Jay" Dudzik III; his siblings, Sandra Hodgkins, Sharon LaFrance and Michael Dudzik; his grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Josh, Jessica and Jack; and his stepchildren, Michael Tenerowicz and Teresa Kavanagh (Mark).

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (702 Valley Forge Blvd, Sun City Center, FL 33573).
