He was predeceased by : his mother Verdell Smith; and his brother Allen Smith. He is survived by : his wife Linda Evelyn Lee; his sons, Brian Lee (Cheryl) of St. Augustine and Shawn Lee (Tiffany) of St. Augustine; his siblings, Linda Richards of Auburndale, Carolyn Crews of Auburndale, Sandra Allen of Auburndale, Michael Smith of Savannah, GA, Mitchell Smith and Steven Smith; his grandchildren, Tyler Lee (Britney), Justin Lee, Jeremiah Lee, Savannah Lee and Noah Lee; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Lee and Emery Lee; and also Switzerland. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.
