She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Katherine Palmer Gailey; her husband Alex Costa; and her brother Robert Miller Gailey, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Barr (Ed), Katherine Blyth (John) and Alexandra Johnson; and her grandchildren, Michael Barr (Emily), John Barr (Stephenie), Marc Malonzo, Kristin Foster (Eric), Heather Craft, Dylan, Ryan, Courtney, Megan Oberholtzer (Jerry), Kyle Blyth (Nicole), Alexa Pringle (Keith) and Barbara Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and church friends.
