She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Walters. She is survived by: her children, Steven, Sydney, Gabrielle and Jason; and her siblings, Jean Pettit Stachura and John Pettit. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will honor her life privately at Lighthouse Christ Presbyterian Church where burial will also take place.
