She was predeceased by: her father Thelmon "Buddy" Washington; and her brother TerryWashington. She is survived by: her mother Violet Young Washington; her husband Winfred Deering; her children, Dishon Deering of Orlando, FL, Nahshon Deering of Charlotte, NC and Keturah Deering of Orlando, FL; and her siblings, Valarie Washington Cooper of Tampa, FL, Melvin Washington, Sr. (Alice), Thelmon Washington, Jr. (Lakeisha) and Anthony (Tiffany). She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
