It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Hill (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on May 8, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Nelson Mcpherson and Lucille Washington Mcpherson; her husband William Hill; her daughters, Wanda Hill Akisanya of Tallahassee, Elizabeth Hill Booker, Edith Hill Williams (Joe) and Lucille Hill Kerr; her stepson William Hill, III; her siblings, Charles McPherson (Dora) of Tampa, Florida, Ruth Redmond, Catherine Monsalvatge, Leola Brown of Tampa, Mildred Davis and Mamie Rogers of Winter Haven, Florida; and her aunt Leola Franklin of Tampa, Florida. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great children, great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
