We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Ethel Steadman Duncan (Tallahassee, Florida), born in Panama City, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Steadman and Cleo Steadman; her husband Wilton Duncan; and her sons, Wilton "Bill" Duncan III (Anne), David Duncan, Clay Duncan and Jim Duncan (Becky). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ethel's name may be made to the Women's Ministry at Wildwood Church, 100 Ox Bottom Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32312.
