She was predeceased by: her parents, Cebert Nunnery and Hertha M. Zeigler; her husband Roy J. Riggsby; her daughters, Susan L. Blackburn and Melissa R. Riggsby; and her grandchildren, Amanda Mitchell and Xander Shivers.
She is survived by: her children, Tony L. Riggsby (Candus), Christa F. Allen (Mark) and Kimberly A. Lott (Rick). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home (1737 Riggins Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (843 Piedmont Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32303).
