He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Granger Cash; his sons, James Hamilton Cash, Jr. (LeeAnn) and David Allen Cash (Monica); his grandchildren, Chelsea Horne (Robert), Cody Allen Cash (Ellen), Carson Cash, Wyatt Cash and Christin Cook; his great grandchildren, Robert Horne, Cole Horne, Lila Cash and David Cook, III; and his siblings, Barbara Coppola, Martha Jane Manasco (Bobby), Pamala Gail McDaniel, William "Tommy" Cash (Florine) and Claude Pepper Cash. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and also great great nephews.
