She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Barnette and Mary Frank Barnette; her spouse Thomas Sands; her children, Tom Sands, Jr. and Valerie Weeks (John); her niece Erika Waldeck (Brad Ilowit); her great-nephew Wiley Ilowit; her great-niece Nicole Guzzardo (Justin); her grandchildren, Holly Meyer (Steve), Charles Weeks (Jennifer) and Patty Weeks; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Amberlyn Weeks, Ariel, Haylee Carter and Bonus; and her niece Joyce Murray.
A celebration of June's life will be held at Bevis Funeral Home, 200 John Knox Road, on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Flowers are welcome, but if you prefer, please donate to your favorite charity.
