We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lois Jean Franklin (Tallahassee, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emil and Lucille Sponholtz Janson; and her husband Marshall Neil Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Robert Franklin, Susan McLeod (Kenneth) and Andrew Franklin (Kim); her grandchildren, Sarah Franklin Blumenthal (Scott), Melissa Franklin Chi (Andrew), Amanda McLeod Goodman (Alaric), Mark McLeod (Heather), Sam Franklin and Luci Franklin Baker (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Blumenthal, Jacob Blumenthal, Benjamin Blumenthal, Charlotte Chi, Ruby Chi, Forest Mikola, Bricelynn Bilotto, Banks Bilotto, Kennedy McLeod, Camden McLeod, Anora Bonilla-Franklin and Ember Bonilla-Franklin.
She travelled to Switzerland, Bulgaria, Japan, Norway, France, China, Canada, and took her children on a European river cruise, as well as down the Snake/Columbia Rivers right before the pandemic.
