She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel T. Johnston and Ruby May Holland Johnston; her brother Ben Earl Jessup; and her son Dennis. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Allen (Jodi) of Rock Spring, GA and Melody Strickland of Tallahassee, FL; her brother John Henry Johnston; her grandchildren, Michael McDuffie (Malissa), Clayton Tipton, Hannah Dewrell (C. J.), Blake Jessup (Brittany), Jonathon Allen and Joshua Allen; and her great grandchild Brady Charles Dewrell.
