Mays Leroy Gray Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mays Leroy Gray (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Mays Gray and Betty Elizabeth Smith Gray; his siblings, Audrey Elnora Gray Hampton, John David Gray and Marvin Cecil Gray; and his son Clinton Mays Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Michael Gray (Julie) of Carabelle, FL, Deborah Elaine Gray Maddox (Warren) of Greenville, S. C. and Cole Elliott Gray (Sheri) of Tallahassee; his daughter-in-law Catherine Aponte-Gray (Clint); his aunt Mary Carroll; his close friend Delories Greene; and his cousin Marshall Carroll. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the name of Mays Gray to the Wakulla County.
