He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Broward Raker, Sr. and Elvie Marzette Ross Raker. He is survived by: his children, Randa Roach (Butch) of Tallahassee, Angie Stahl of Crawfordville, Gigi Raker and Bo Raker (Amy) of Tallahassee; and his siblings, Robert Raker (Lindia) of Tallahassee, Roy Raker (Darlene) of Havana and Elizabeth Sharpton (Fred) of Milton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Broward to Big Bend Hospice Inc., 1723 Mahan Center Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
