He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Gard Clemons; his children, Phillip Lamar Clemons, Jr. (Melissa) of Kingsport, TN, Kathy Clemons Behal (Mike) of Kingsport, TN and Corrie Clemons Melton (Cal) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Katherine Conaway (Chris), Suzanne Clemons, William Moor (Carlin), Michael Behal (Kaylee) and Phillip Melton; and his great grandchild Virginia Lee Moor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
