He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Joseph Tillman, Sr. and Rosa Lee Harvey Tillman; his wives, Margaret Matta Tillman and Lilibeth Sab (Beechi); and his siblings, Bernice Tillman Southerland, William Henry Tillman, Theron Harding Tillman, Marion Joseph Tillman, Jr., Homer Lee Tillman and Earl Marvin Tillman.
He is survived by: his children, Max Tillman (Karen) of Donalsonville, Georgia and Pat Tillman (Becky) of Ochlocknee; his stepdaughter Rashley Sab (Kirby); his sister Willie Dora Tillman Bates; his grandchildren, April Tillman Gabor (Billy), Patrick Tillman (Aimee), Garrett Tillman (Torie), Melissa Farrell (Adam), Tori Sherman (Brad), Laura Lee Stone (Trey), Madison Tillman, Mason Tillman (Sari) and Morgan Dawkins (Austin); and his stepgrandchildren, Ridd and Alli. He is also survived by his family and many, many friends.
