She was predeceased by: her grandparents, J. W., Rochelle Chancy, Parks and Delois Gray; her sister Carla Gray-Taylor; and her uncle Milford Gray.
She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Gray and Patsy Gray; her husband Grant Mullins; her daughters, Grace Hughes and Hope Hughes; her niece Rachel Strickland (Josh); her great-niece Rylie Gray Strickland; her nephew Joshua Taylor; and her parents-in-law, Bob and Sylvia Baker. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins & many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Evangel Church Building Fund, in memory of Ramsey Gray Mullins, 2300 Old Bainbridge Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32303.
