It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Earl Outlaw in Tallahassee, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Al Outlaw (U. S. Navy). He is survived by: his parent Richard'Al'; his brother Steve Outlaw (Kim); his nephew Mitch Outlaw (Jessi); and his niece Amber Frazier (Joel). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, Roger would appreciate donations to the Senior Adult Ministry at Morningside Baptist Church, located at 1560 Pedrick Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32317, (850) 878-5503.
