She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Smith and Catherine "Kate" Shannon. She is survived by: her husband Al Renaud (Al); her daughters, Linda Freeland (Michael) of Melbourne Beach, Florida, Christine Renaud of Tallahassee, Florida, Michele Mobley (William) of Orlando, Florida and Kelley Huelle (Todd) of Land O'Lakes, Florida.; her grandchildren, Alexandra (Malcolm), Nicholas, Brandon, Sean, Zachary, Kyla, Jaden and Shane; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Mason; and her siblings, Eileen Lenihan, Jarleth Smith (Mauney), Ann (Paddy) and Ireland. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's name may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
