It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Webster Briggs of Tallahassee, Florida, born in Winter Haven, Florida, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Webster and Marion Webster; her husband Horton Briggs; and her son Don. She is survived by: her close friends, Dane, Patty and Cindy; and her children, Debby Triplett, Dee Kimmel and Dolley Campagna. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Theatre Winter Haven.
