She is survived by: her children, David Burley (Virginia) of Nashville, TN, Sandra O'Leary of Tallahassee, John Burley (Kimberley) of Nashville, TN and Daniel Burley (Debbie) of Leeds, AL.; her brother William Lee of Nashville, TN; and her brother-in-law Doug Burley (Sandy) of Cypress, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
