He is survived by: his close friend Laurel Allie; his brothers, Terry Forrest and Darryl Forrest (Linda); his niece Mysti Mims (Justin); his great-niece Autumn Mims; his nephew Matthew Forrest (Jamie); and his sister-in-law Karlene Forrest.
