She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Stoklosa (Ost) and Leo Ost; and her stepfather Anthony Stoklosa (Wayne Colweck). She is survived by: her pet Sam; her brother Dan Ost; and her friends, Janey, Judy and Susan. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, many many friends.
