He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Solomon Cooper and Jean Cooper; his children, Julie Barber of Owings Mills, MD and Seth Cooper (Rebecca) of Sykesville, MD; his grandchildren, Brooks Jesada, Grayson Leigh and Elizabeth Anne of Sykesville, MD; his wife Marcia Cooper; and his brother Howard Cooper.
