She was predeceased by: her parents, Adora Williams and Alexander Hyman; her husband Johnson Yapp; and her sons, Barrington Yapp, Asley Yapp and Ralph Yapp.
She is survived by: her children, Agnes (Faye), Olive, Marjorie, Yevon, Vilma, Herbert and Meryl (Donna); her close friends, Agnes Miller, Olive Law, Marjorie Hoffman, Yevon Yapp, Vilma Yapp, Herbert Yapp, Meryl McGhee and Eric Yapp; and her grandchildren, Denise Myrie, Orlene Naggie, Marcia Yapp, Danielle Gaulden, Junior Yapp, Sashoy Yapp, Michael Hanna, Laila Pirnazar and Zhila Pirnazar. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
